      1. Quiet time is good for the soul. Me- writing, working on chapter 20 for book 3 in my vampire series. Also, I submitted Hidden Curse (1st book in my series) to a couple of agents this past week. Other than that, same old same old lol kids getting over yet, another cold and Flu A.

      3. The two I submitted to, is an 8 week wait. Both are if it’s a no from them (be it an email saying no, or no reply) I can re-submit to another agent in that company. So it’s a waiting game, one I’m getting used to and getting used to the generic ‘not for me at this time, good luck with your story’ or the no reply. Which to me irks me more lol I’d rather the generic no thank than zilch lol

        Yes, I agree with you… being ignored, as in no response at all is horrible.
        I’ve been re-gigging my memoir. Adding and deleting lol.
        I hope it’s positive news for you.
        The no, not this time etc. is the same when you submit art work to galleries, exhibitions etc.

      5. Adding and deleting 🙂 that’s a whole level of stress too, lol I think my query has been through that rigmarole so many times, and the books too! At this point, I don’t know which way up lol
