Instincts

Do you trust your instincts?

Do I trust my Instincts? No, not always!

For the most part, I do, but that ‘gut feeling’ may not always be right. I think it depends on your past experiences…triggers’ etc.

I have, at times not followed my intuition, gut feeling, instinct…..I second guess them, over analyse whether my instinct is justifiable or not.

Eeeeeek….i just looked out of the window, and it’s SNOWING! ❄️☃️

      2. We got our first taste of snow this evening, starting around 4:30 p.m., mixed with rain 🌧️❄️. Hopefully, it won’t stick—ugh! 😩 Winter is coming… sigh 😭.

  1. I’m with you on this one Sara. I even second-guessed my last comment to you, so I rewrote it in two-word form (and then I think it might have got sent to spam 🤣 :)) Your artwork is amazing, and a breath of fresh air that it’s handmade. Thanks for visiting my blog, it’s an honour to find yours in return. xo

  2. My friend,, you’ve nailed the instinct struggle—trust, doubt, overanalyze, repeat!
And yes, those sneaky triggers and past experiences love to meddle.
But instincts may falter, yet they’ve got better odds than the weather forecast.
Speaking of which—snow? Looks like winter’s gut feeling is spot-on today! Stay warm! 😀😀

  3. Snowing, and we are nearing 20 degrees! Wow, what a difference a few latitudes makes! And I think you are spot on reference instincts. We think too much to be guided by instincts, those work better for our furry friends… All the best Sara.
