This City is situated on the South West coast of the Island, and lies on the Mediterranean coast. It is the fourth largest City in the country. There is the older part which contained a famous temple of Aphrodite…the legendary site where Aphrodite was born from the sea foam. The New part, became the administrative capital of the whole Island in Roman times.
Enjoy your visit…

My Book:
‘The Intimate Values Of A House And The Spaces Within It’
The language of houses, homes and their interiors; practically, philosophically and psychologically in artists work.
The theme of house, home and their interiors are used in my art work to represent my own memories of the homes I lived in as a child; not simply in the physical sense, but also in a psychological sense.
This study explores the work of other artists who use this theme in their work. I discovered what led these artists to express their identities, beliefs, memories and lives in the language that represents home.
I also observed the similarities and differences in our concepts of home and in the way we present the home to the viewer.
What is the significance of home to you; practically, philosophically and psychologically?

Back in the late 90’s all my friend’s kids were very much into Beatrix Potter characters.
Helen Beatrix Potter (1866-1943) was an English author, illustrator, natural scientist, and conservationist. She is best known for her children’s books featuring animals.
The Tales of Peter Rabbit and his friends.
Here are a couple of murals I painted for my friend’s children…many years ago!

What positive events have taken place in your life over the past year?
Hmm…quite a few, I think!
It’s actually been quite a distressing and lonely year. But, despite that, I feel I have accomplished a lot.
A massive, but positive event for me this year…was completing 10 months of EMDR therapy for C-PTSD. This was undoubtedly, one of the hardest, but necessary challenges for me….well, for a long time, anyway!
I joined the world of WP blogging. I believe I’ve made some wonderful friends and have built some positive connections. I have learned a lot and I hope I will continue to learn from my fellow artists, writers, poets …
To be featured in “FEATURES by VALENCIARTIST” on WP, of which I’m truly grateful.
I quit smoking!
I picked up my paint brush again.
I have completed two paintings, and I’m currently working on my third and fourth.
I continue to write the final chapter of my memoir.
For those who know 😉…shenanigans & 💃💃💃 will be escalated in 2025! 😂😂
Happy Saturday, my friends! ❤️
