As a child I was brought up in a Jehovah Witness household. Therefore, we didn’t celebrate any holidays.

Just to clarify, I am not a Jehovah’s Witness!

A JW does not celebrate Christmas, Birthdays, Mother’s Day, Valentines, Halloween, Easter….nothing!

As a child, this was difficult! Difficult for myself, and my siblings…we were outcasts in our community, school, friends…everything!

I now, wholeheartedly, celebrate all of these events, with my friends. ❤️

Roast Turkey at Christmas, lamb at Easter, (oh, and of course…chocolate eggs 🍫🐣😋), cake on birthdays, Mother’s Day (I won’t go into that), Valentines chocolates, and Halloween pumpkins.

Roll on Christmas celebratory dishes! 😋😋😋

What would I do if I didn’t need to sleep…🤔

Well, I think that all depends on whether it was only myself, a select few, or everyone!

If everyone didn’t need to sleep, our daily working hours would increase… that’s for sure! It would cost us a lot more in energy, food, fuel, etc….it certainly wouldn’t give us more time to play!

If, on the other hand, it was just me, or a select few…. I would get up to all sorts of mischief & shenanigans….😉🙃🥳💃💃

The word ‘favourite’ is like choosing your favourite chocolate bar.

Choosing ‘favourite’ people….😱

The people I ‘admire’, the people I’m truly ‘thankful’ to, the people who gave me ‘hope’ …. Are the people who work in the medical profession. The Consultants, Nurses, Surgeons, Porters, Physiotherapists….the list goes on.

But….just so you know, I’m rather partial to chocolate with hazelnuts! 😋🤗.
