‘Trust’

Share a lesson you wish you had learned earlier in life.

Not to trust so readily. As a child I trusted my family, more specifically, my parents.

However, they were the least trustworthy people in my life. I looked up to them for guidance, love, encouragement, emotional growth.

My parents didn’t give me any of these things.

But, as a child I did trust my parents. So, the lesson for me is đŸ€”â€Š

Favourite Foods

What are your favorite types of foods?

Oh gosh!!!

I love just about all foods 😋

I enjoy tasting all the different flavours, traditions, and the local ingredients from all the countries I visit.

So, really, I love all foods.

Yum
now I’m hungry đŸ€”đŸ˜đŸ˜‚

‘Walk and Run’

How often do you walk or run?

I can’t run, but I can walk

I can’t stand, but I can dance

Due to spinal complications which required major surgery;

Thoracic spinal fracture

Lumbar disc protrusions

Double cervical discectomy and fusion

Cervical spinal osteophytes removal

I couldn’t run away, but I walked away, and now I’m dancing.

Keep smiling 😁, keep dancing 💃, keep safe.

Leader đŸ€”

Do you see yourself as a leader?

Do I see myself as a leader đŸ€”â€Šno, not really.

I was a college lecturer for twenty years, so if that makes me a leader then maybe so.

Favourite Word

What’s your favorite word?

Hmmmm
. My favourite word has to be ‘discombobulated’

It is a word that represents me to a tee, well, it did!

I often felt in a state of confusion, disorientation, anxiety, about something, but never really knowing of what.

I love the sound of the word; discombobulated! It rolls off the tongue wonderfully. It has a certain sense of humour about it.

Hopefully, my new favourite word will become; ‘recombobulated’ đŸ€žđŸ€—đŸ˜‚

This Evening

What are you doing this evening?

Chilling on the sofa. Went to Chepstow Race course on Sunday for a music festival, and I’m still exhausted đŸ€Ł. Too much rum and dancing!

Athlete

Name the professional athletes you respect the most and why.

The professional athlete I respect the most has to be Sir Mo Farah.

One of Britains most celebrated track athletes. I respect him, not only for his athletic achievements, but also for his strength, resilience, and spirit with reference to his childhood traumas.

A truly remarkable man.
