Beach or mountains? Which do you prefer? Why?

As a child I lived by the ocean (not as nice as a this one), on the South Coast of England. There wasnโt any mountains, so the beach was my playground.
My Grandmother would swim in the sea everyday, even in the winter! ๐ฅถ๐ฅถ. I didnโt join herโฆ.๐

Nice post, congratulations

Mountains. I now live on the edge of the Rockies in Canada but grew up within view of the mountains in Scotland.

Beautiful! Iโve only been to Edinburgh, which I loved. There a plenty of mountains in Walesโฆbut I yearn for the ocean. I would, also like to visit Canada. Do you miss Scotland?

I think your choice is quite clear Sara, and a perfect one. There is nothing like the ocean. I have always lived close to the sea (and when I lived in the US it was close to the Atlantic Ocean), and no matter how much I love the mountains, I still prefer the sea… Lovely pics! ๐๐บ๐

No sign of a mountain in those pics is there! ๐
I now live at the foot of a mountainโฆa beautiful mountain ๐, but itโs not the sea. The sea has so many hidden, unseen, treasures to explore. And the sea/oceans look beautiful, but also very powerful!
Thank you, Francisco ๐โฆ.im still working on the ๐ฅ๏ธ๐.
Iโll get myself a banana and some sticky tapeโฆ and sell that๐ค

Good question. The mountains would be interesting, I’m more familiar with the ocean, however.

I get you Sara. I’m from the west coast in France and my whole childhood was sand and beach. No other place on earth is better than the sea to me, it’s so peaceful and relaxing for my body and mind.
Have a sweet weekend!!
